This is a story of second chance at love, of longing, of misunderstandings, of secrets. Alex and Sophia had a relationship through college, but misunderstandings and secrets set them apart. Since then they have both been building back their lives to prove to them and each other their worth. Alex has achieved success and hires Sophia to work for him, and their feelings start to bloom again, but there is so much hurt and a few twists that threaten their HEA.
